The hotel had beautifully constructed rooms with natural materials and warm touches, featuring a huge comfy bed and luxurious bedding. However, the lack of real sea views from most parts of the room and limited amenities on the property were minor drawbacks.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were amazing with a huge king bed and luxurious sheets and pillows, but it was very small and not at all suitable for a family with two children. The service was top-notch, with a very friendly maintenance team always ready to assist. The location was a dream, right on the beachfront, with the soothing sound of waves at night. However, the dining was a bit expensive, and some noise from honking horns and motorcycle engines could be heard occasionally.

My stay at the hotel was absolutely amazing. The rooms were perfect, constructed in natural materials and mixed with warm touches that made them incredibly cosy. The half-moon shape wrapped in glass/wood doors added a beautiful touch to the room. The service was top-notch, with the staff constantly buzzing around and going above and beyond to make my trip magical. The location was wonderful, right on a gorgeous white sandy beach, within walking distance to fantastic restaurants. The dining experience was excellent, with service right on our deck. Overall, a fantastic stay with a few minor downsides.

Our stay at the hotel was a mix of great and not so great experiences. The room was spacious and had everything we needed, which was fantastic, but it was flooded due to the rain, with water dripping through the light fixture in our shower, which was quite inconvenient. The service was exceptional, with everyone from Ricardo to the lovely lady with the long dark hair being friendly and helpful, going above and beyond our expectations. The location was amazing, within walking distance of some of the best restaurants in Tulum, but the lack of kitchen items in our room made the kitchen feel pointless. The dining experience was excellent, with great service out on our deck, even though the prices were a bit high. The facilities were beautiful, providing a comfortable and enjoyable environment for our stay.
